Benalla Botanic Gardens – Designed and developed in 1886, listed on the register of the National Estate. The gardens house the Sir Edward “Weary” Dunlop Memorial and border picturesque Lake Benalla. Walk or cycle the track around the lake through native flora and past majestic red gums, enjoy the Ceramic Mural and call in at the Benalla Costume and Pioneer Museum. Enjoy the market on the third Saturday of each month or take a longer walk in a nearby State Park. |
